Navarra Group

Overview

Navarra Group is a major international player in the aluminium anodizing industry, operating from a 35,000 m² production site. With 700 employees and nearly €200 million in annual revenue—half of it from exports—the company plays a key role in the global supply chain. To stay ahead, Navarra depends on reliable data for managing operations in sales, purchasing, maintenance, and production. But the complexity of its systems made consistent, accurate reporting a daily struggle.

The Challenge

Navarra Group had well-structured Excel models developed with consulting support, but the volume and distribution of their data made day-to-day processes increasingly demanding. Information had to be gathered manually from several sources, often resulting in complex pivot tables, formula inconsistencies, and delays in producing timely outputs. Validating data became difficult, report creation was slow, and teams frequently had to work with information that was outdated or not fully aligned—reducing the speed and confidence of operational decisions.

The Solution

To increase clarity and automation across the organisation, Navarra Group adopted ALLOS. The platform connected seamlessly with their ERP (Libra) and other internal systems, retrieving data directly from spreadsheets and structured sources without manual assembly. ALLOS also enabled teams to classify and enrich data as part of the process, improving accuracy while preserving the flexibility of working in Excel—the environment where their expertise was already strongest.

The Result

With ALLOS, generating updated reports became a straightforward action: open Excel and calculate. Information from across the business refreshed instantly, giving teams real-time visibility and the confidence to act on reliable results. Reporting grew significantly faster, insights became more consistent, and control over operations improved—providing Navarra with the responsiveness required to compete effectively across all areas of the business.
