Their teams already had strong processes in place, but the scale of their activity meant data was naturally distributed across two major systems—making consolidation and reporting increasingly demanding. Traditional tools, while useful, were not designed for the depth and breadth of data LUSÁGUA works with daily. Producing timely, reliable analysis required manual effort, especially when reconciling high-volume financial information.
The Solution
