Overview
CJR Group is a multinational conglomerate with 70 companies operating across four continents. With a strong presence in construction and renewable energy, the group leads complex projects globally and relies heavily on robust data systems to drive decisions. Managing such scale means handling massive volumes of financial and operational data within SAP —often across different currencies. To keep things running smoothly, the group needed better tools for fast, flexible data analysis and reporting.

The Challenge
CJR Group operates in a dynamic, multi-country environment, managing large volumes of operational and financial data. Their teams needed fast access to information, but the sheer size and diversity of the data made analysis increasingly demanding. Currency management added further complexity, particularly when tracking detailed asset transactions and producing accurate reports in both local and group currencies. At the same time, CJR sought to reduce dependence on IT by giving end-users the ability to explore data and prepare reports independently—accelerating insights and supporting more agile decision-making across the organisation.
The Solution
CJR Group adopted ALLOS to reinforce its data operations with a more autonomous, user-driven approach. ALLOS simplified the aggregation of large datasets, giving teams faster access to the figures they needed without requiring technical intervention. It also expanded multi-currency support beyond what the ERP offered, enabling precise financial and management reporting directly from Excel while keeping the structure and control central to CJR’s processes. End-users gained the ability to build and adjust reports on their own terms, with the reliability and consistency expected at group level.
The Result
With ALLOS, CJR significantly improved reporting efficiency across departments. Teams no longer had to wait for IT to prepare custom extracts, freeing technical resources and accelerating access to critical information. Multi-currency handling became more consistent and transparent, strengthening alignment across financial systems and countries. Today, CJR benefits from faster, clearer analysis of complex data—supporting stronger decisions in a global, multi-company environment.
