WE BUILT THE TOOL WE WISHED WE HAD
For years, we worked inside companies’ finance and IT teams. Different companies, different industries, same scene. The data lived in SAP. The work happened in Excel. And in between, smart people spent their days exporting, copying, pasting and retyping.
Close after close, we watched the same question freeze a room: where did this number come from? Nobody could answer for sure. Not because people were careless. Because their tools gave them no way to know.
That’s when it clicked. This was never a people problem. It was a tools problem.
So we built the tool we kept wishing existed. ALLOS connects Excel to live business data from SAP, databases and APIs. Teams keep the freedom of the spreadsheet. IT keeps control of who sees what, how numbers are calculated and where every figure comes from.
We didn’t set out to replace BI. Dashboards have their place. We set out to close the gap between core systems and the spreadsheets where the real work happens.
Based in Portugal, serving enterprises globally in multiple countries. Built by people who knew there had to be a better way.
